We helped Hugo navigate some tough decisions (repeating a high school year, school suspension), pinpoint strengths and possible careers and put together a different college plan with rowing as a focus.
We were there to consult with him and his family over three years, consulting, suggesting, referring, researching any and every question they had. We stayed on top of Hugo's to-do list, reminding him of deadlines and the ultimate importance of every decision he needed to make.
Hugo has done the soul-searching and work to get himself where he is - ready to compete for a school on a different coast in a newfound sport next year.
