Alyson is a South Florida native with more than 10 years of experience supporting students across secondary and higher education. She brings a strong background in academic progress tracking, retention-focused outreach, counseling support, and student-centered communication to the Student Success Coordinator role. Her academic background includes degrees in Psychology, Mathematics, Counseling, and Marketing, combining insight into student behavior, analytical thinking, and strategic communication to support student progress. Throughout her career, she has helped students navigate important milestones, strengthen accountability, and stay on track toward their educational goals. She also brings experience in career advising, program mentoring, and classroom instruction, which has strengthened her ability to support diverse learners with professionalism, empathy, and structure. She believes that everyone has a passion that needs the right kind of empowerment to be cultivated into purpose. Her commitment to collaborative support helps students and families feel guided and supported at every stage of their journey. Outside of work, Alyson spends time with her family, serves her community, and lives an active lifestyle. She looks forward to celebrating milestones and traveling the world!
