Amy is passionate about helping students discover their voices and grow into confident, thoughtful writers. During her 20 years as a high school English teacher, she guided students through creative and academic writing, personal essays, and the college application process. Originally from Maine and now living in the South, Amy continues to share her love of storytelling by writing a children’s early chapter book series. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, golfing, traveling, staying active, and spending time with her family.
