Elizabeth graduated cum laude from the College of William & Mary with a degree in English, where she was selected as student commencement speaker for her graduating class in 2007. She began her career at International Flavors and Fragrances, a Fortune 500 company, working her way up from temp to marketing analyst and creating brand concept presentations for major consumer brands like Procter & Gamble and SC Johnson. She's also worked as a journalist, interviewing and profiling hundreds of artists and entrepreneurial innovators—including David Duchovny, the co-founder of Gizmodo, and the creator of Beyoncé's Super Bowl dress—and has won awards for her storytelling on stage. In 2011, Elizabeth launched her own business as an advisor, strategist, and coach, helping small business owners and high-achieving professionals define their vision and goals, strengthen self-awareness and communication skills, and develop the confidence and resilience to navigate uncertainty and transitions. After starting her career in the New York area, she traded the Jersey Shore for Colonial Virginia, and today lives in Charlottesville with her husband and two little boys.
