Andrea Pien has a Master's in Education from Stanford University and a Bachelor’s in Political Science and Asian Studies from Swarthmore College. She was an admissions officer at Swarthmore College, where she had Northern California territory. She has also read applications for Stanford, Wesleyan, and the QuestBridge Scholars program. She has served as a college counselor at the Bay School of San Francisco and Friends’ Central School in Pennsylvania. Andrea believes that all people deserve to flourish and has spent her professional career helping young people to do so. She is also on the Board of Directors for the Bread and Roses Community Fund, the leading funder of grassroots organizing for racial, social, and economic justice in the Philadelphia region. She loves games, birding, and fantasy novels.

Margaret Bolton Baudinet, the owner and CEO of College Solutions and National Scholarship Specialist, brings a wealth of experience in college admissions and scholarship programs. A University of Virginia alumna with highest distinction in political and literary thought, Margaret furthered her studies at Oxford University. Her five-year tenure in admissions at the University of Virginia, with a focus on legacy admissions, complements her experience on the selection committees for prestigious scholarships like the Coca-Cola Scholarship and the Jefferson Scholarship. At College Solutions, she has progressed through various roles, from Writing Coach to Managing Director, before becoming CEO. As a mother to seven-year-old quintuplets and a newborn daughter, Margaret's approach to college advising is holistic, considering each student's unique motivations, fears, and aspirations.
