The process begins with information about the student. Students provide details such as their geographic location, academic qualifications, interests, activities, and any specialized circumstances. The database then uses that information to cull through hundreds of scholarships and generate a personalized list of results, helping students quickly identify opportunities that are relevant to them.

This individualized approach is important because scholarships aren't just awarded for academic achievement. For example, a student might discover that raising their GPA slightly, improving a standardized test score, completing additional community service hours, or meeting another relatively attainable requirement could open the door to additional scholarship opportunities. That's valuable information at the start of senior year.
