Jessica brings nearly 20 years of experience in higher education to her work with College Solutions, with roles at American University, Wake Forest University, and UNC Chapel Hill. She has also served as an admissions reader for Duke University and the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has visited more than 100 college campuses. Jessica holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Clemson University and a master’s in corporate communications from Georgetown University. Originally from Connecticut, Jessica now lives in Davidson, North Carolina, with her family, where she enjoys reading, traveling, and watching her kids play sports.
Sara Reddy
After nearly a decade in communications and marketing, Sara joined College Solutions to pursue her passion for college counseling. She earned her College Counseling Certification through UCLA and now works with high school and transfer students, bringing a storyteller’s mindset and strategic approach to the admissions process. A native Charlottean and graduate of Charlotte Country Day School, Sara graduated with honors from Vanderbilt University. She helped launch College Solutions’ Charlotte office in 2025 and leads the firm’s application review team. She currently resides in Charlotte with her husband and is enjoying living close to family. She’s also a proud new mom to a baby girl.
